By purchasing, installing, or executing WEX utility suite (the "Software") provided by mubashar.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept all clauses outlined herein, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to checkout validation and fee fulfillment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the Software.

• Permitted Use: Installation and execution of compiled software packages on active personal devices corresponding to your licensing tier.
• Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, sell, rent, sub-license, or bundle the Software code or assets in commercial software distribution systems without express authorization.

3. System Compatibility

WEX operates on standard devices supporting custom API hook engines. The user is responsible for ensuring device capabilities match our documented system specs before purchase. While WEX strives for 100% workflow stability, all modifications run at the local hardware tier under user supervision.

4. Merchant of Record

Financial checkout execution is outsourced to Lemon Squeezy, our verified merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy manages billing queries, chargeback verification, tax reporting, and license issuance.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY.
